What setting would you prefer for a Sims Spin-off?

I only see a reason for a spin off if enough new content is added to make it worthwhile, otherwise they could just add new stuff to TS4. I also prefer the gameplay style of TS4. Sims Medieval is nice but doesn't offer the freedom of main sims games.
