Can we just have the ability to make neighborhoods again... Make the maps, choose the terrain type, have some distant terrain options, and place the lots?
I don't mind the way TS4 does the areas and still have to change lots but really, these maps are so limiting - imo. Probably just my opinion. :( :cookie:
