For males, my favorite is Caleb Vatore <3 <3 A close second is Paolo Rocca.
For females, it's a sim I created named Jasmina Chase. Here's a pic of her with Caleb:

Backstory:
Jasmina has moved to Willow Creek from Starlight Shores for a fresh start and new job after the deaths of her parents due to an accident and messy, painful breakup with her ex-boyfriend. Her dream is to become an author, and she has a knack for supernatural and Gothic-themed romance. One night while relaxing with friends at a nightclub after a rough day at work, she meets Caleb Vatore, a handsome, charming man with a dark secret.
I'm currently writing a SimLit story about Jasmina and Caleb's romance- link is my sig.
