Why isn't the sims medieval available on steam?
But every other part of the sims 3 is, except the online store options

- I'm like 90% sure it used to be (100% sure now, looked it up). But yeah, you'll just have to buy it on origin and add it as a non-steam game as above post suggested.
Not sure why it was removed from steam, that said. - Probably, because they have Civilization V & VI. Just a guess.

Nah. There are an endless supply of medieval and/or strategy games on Steam
