Will Sims Medieval get an update?

I miss Sims Medieval and would love to know if they're going to do a similar update like they did for sims 3

  • I'm running it in windows 11, To enable cheats you need to do it a different way in the directory you have game: C: Program Files (x86)\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini\open the file in notepad and turn TestingCheatsEnabled=0 to TestingCheatsEnabled=1Save the file and close it.
For your graphics card to be recognized I would suggest viewing A CottonSock Sims 3 fixes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-uBFKOen-4
These fixes work for Sims Medieval as I have used them. Works excellent for Sims 3 using all packs, doesn't even run hot.
  • I've been hoping that SM will be getting some TLC I think it was there "BIGIST"  mistake letting it get push off into a dusty corner, when there is hundreds of people that LOVE medieval themed stuff, every year I Keep looking to see if they will ever bring back this  awesomeness, its a shame they let a "few" people judge and not everyone part of the sims community to tell them what is a good choice or a wrong choice to drop something.

I am happy I can still play SM sadly its outdated but it is what it is atm unless someone upstairs figures out it needs to come back lol.

I love it but was so mad I could not just have it as a world inside SIMS3-4 and still have all the SIMS3-4 building options, etc. I wanted it to integrate not stand-alone. Thought it was in a way JUST what I wanted. It was disconnected.

Write it off as a world where just Medieval Cosplayers live that you can play or visit anytime. :)

I hope you get your wishes.
