@iDannieSimmer In addition to helpful advice by @CathyTea and @mastressalita I'd like to give a little tip:
When you edit your Contents page (I do it after publishing every chapter), in Visual mode click this button:
You'll see this:
(well, not the same of course ;) )
Your latest post will be on the top. Click it.
You'll get the name and the link automatically.
Now people can get to your chapters by clicking on the names:
Hopefully, my tip is useful for someone. :)
