I very much dislike Sims 4 toddlers and only rarely play with them. They bite, they hit, and they aggressively demand undivided attention. No thanks. The Sims 3 toddlers are adorable little angels in comparison.

@Nindigo Woah they do? After raising over 120 toddlers in the game and it's my most played life state in all my saves, I have never once seen them bite or hit!!!! How do you get them to do this?! lol!

When they're angry AKA when you're not tending to their needs absolutely right away. Also, low needs always makes them angry - never sad or tense. No, angry. It's one thing that they might go and hit the big bear, but I draw the line when they get savage with their parents. That gets the little devils instantly deleted :| I'm surprised you haven't experienced it, I'm sure others have. It may be because I refuse to let everything in my game be about the toddlers and their need for instant gratification.
  • Before we were given Toddlers in Sims4, I would have said Sims2. But unless a player turned aging off, there was so little time to enjoy that stage. Potty training and teaching them to walk was nothing short of a grind. In Sims 4 there is so much more that the Toddlers can do. Finally, they can climb up on a chair/couch and they can go up and down the stairs. Used to be they were stuck at the top of a staircase and left to wail until another Sim came along to pick them up and take them down. I do miss the occasional tot who could actually escape their crib, but then again we don't have cribs in Sims4 …
  • It was pretty close for me between TS2 and TS4, but TS4 clinched it with the little personalities of toddlers. The tantrums can slowly drive me into oblivion but the way you can see them progress with things such as walking is great.
  • I can't vote either, because neither answer would be entirely correct. I love the Sims3 toddlers and more importantly all the riders, playpen, walker, strollers, sandbox, toys and other stuff that they have. I love hearing them say, "Oggers" for boogers. I love that babysitting them is real. They were simpler and I loathe leveling up.

I do also love the Sims4 toddlers. I love the adoption system where you can see them and pick them out. I love all their toys, clothes, ect. I love how they can bite, hit, and cry. Adults expressing love to them is something I like (wish all Sims could do that for all Sims all the time)I like how they can run(wish I could direct other Sims to run; I used run all the time in the Sims3). They are cuter. Adding the stuff above, making babysitting a real career, and adding even more stuff would probably make them my favorite.
  • The OP said toddlers not toddler objects or interactions. The Sims 4 toddlers are the best. I avoid kids and teens. The toddlers are so cute! I love that they can yell at their parents and ask for stuff. With the independent trait they don't really need adults. The toddler could lock the parents in the basement and live on their own as long as food is in the fridge.
  • Sims 4 toddlers are my favorites, though I do miss the supernatural toddlers from Sims 3.

    NONE OF THEM.

I've raised three RL ones. My oldest is going to university (for real) - YOU THINK I WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN?!! :grumpy:

...although this little one made me want to extend her toddler-hood a little.

She was always Daddy's little girl, much like my Storm in real life.

Her saying "Good-bye" to her Daddy broke my heart.
