This bottom chart is wrong... its Sept 1 and I dont see a update! Starts 7am sept 1 according to this post, and contradicts itself in same post. It first said update available 10pm UTC sept 1... so if the update is still not out I dont see how the event is according to this chart already started. Does it start today or tomorrow, this is kind of annoying to be honest. Sso it doesn't start Sept 1? Or it does but it starts at 10 30 pm not 7am tomorrow? Seriously confusing, got up for 7am for nothing thanks to this post
First events always starts when you update your game
They are set to start before the update is available so it starts right away when you update, whenever you choose to update - I prefer to update later so my re-set time for the first events is when it suites me, not half past midnight (or 11.30pm when it is not daylight saving)
this is not new, it has been like this for years
No one is on UTC right now since it is daylight savings and UTC does not do summertime (otherwise it is the same as BST), look up when 7 am UTC is in your country or time zone, to know when events starts for you
If you are on the east coast of the US you might not want to start events at 3 am, during daylight savings, or 2 am on standard time, so wait to open the game on days events are scheduled to start on a time that better suites you to re-set the days
