Please bring back "Simoleon Sprout, Lifestyle Point Lotus, & Social Point Flower". Im playing this game for eleven years, and now it is the first time in my life, when i though that im going to delete the app. I love this game but without this money tree there is no point to play it for people who doesnt have money to pay for some cool advantages. Now there's a bug in the Allen Weather Machine Quest... Like Really, did Y'all just Launch this new version of the game without testing it 1st?! Because its totally ridiculous the amount of bugs, that are within this game now! Like "OMFW"! Its bad enough that most of us " If not all have to reduce these freakin' quest because your new update Sabotaged our more updated accounts, but now we have to go through this Crap with the quest having bugs within them... Like what the holy heck were you all doing while putting this so-called new **bleep** as version of the Sims Free Play game together?! " This Quest is only 2 days and last time Y'all took 3 days just to fix the last Quest "Hiccup in the game with the mud pie situation", So I am really hoping, that you extend the quest or Compensate your gamers with life points Style points simoleons whatever just fix this freaked up new version of this game because it is Blasphemy and sucks balls! SMMFHThis new update is horrible
Every since this so-called new update gamers have lost more than a month worth of upgrades to their accounts, along with VIP status, quest that I already been done has to be repeated and now some quest doesn't even have the materials or items needed to finish the actual quest for example: we can no longer use the garden patch to make a mud pie! I went from being one house away from a level 50 upgrade back down to a level 47 and from a Level 9 VIP status that's dropped down to a Level 7 status and All my quest, new characters and houses I built within my game are just freakin' gone! Even my new cafe which was almost @ a level 10 are gone and it's been 3 freakin' days and the only thing I was told is to sign in and out of my EA account and that's not working either! The game that my EA has actually Retrieved is when I was on Level 47 and @ a VIP Level 7 which was over a month or 2 ago, but not anything that I saved in my account for the last 3wks of me working my **bleep** off to become a Level 8 VIP, that was literally 200 points from being a Level 9 VIP, one house away from a level 50 game status and a Level 10 Cafe status which I put in a lot of time and money into and I really would like to know if your company actually did a test run for Launching this new version of the game because it has more bugs then I have ever seen in any new version of the game! It was so bad that my old game was overlapping with the new one on my new fire tablet, but now I only have the old game @ level 47 which sucks balls and I am beyond pissed and disgusted & disappointed and want to know how your company plans to Compensate Gamers who actually spent money on leveling up or whatever, but are now at a loss because your new update sucks and its the most horrible updated game that's ever existed! Are you all gonna give us our money back or even try to fix the mess, that you've all created with this horrible nightmare of an update?!Social Points Only for VIPs... New Capsule Features Sucks
Hello, I know this is probably pointless, but wanted to share my frustration. With the newest update as of today, they took the option to exchange Life Points into Social Points from us, by getting rid of the Social Points Flower. Now you can only get tokens for the Social Points Capsule at VIP Level 8 (!!!), this used to be available in exchange for 20 Life Points. Meaning the game is now officially only for players who spend a lot of money on the game and have reached VIP Level 8. I'm so disappointed. Does anybody else share this feeling? Please vote this up if you do! Perhaps we can show them that we don't agree with this. I wish they would still allow us to convert Life Points into Social Points, this was the only fall-back option to help with high social point costs for certain tasks (e.g. Development Sites). I can’t re-do the quest or progress further, which is blocking my gameplay. I was on level 37 when I did the update yesterday. According to the level 38 rewards I should have received one more Sim after leveling up. Now it is claiming no new sims until level 47. The only “extra” sims I have are from VIP 8 and purchasing with actual money through the “adopt” option. Where are my people??Corrupted Game
Good Day, EA! Can you help me fix my sims freeplay game? Last week when i opened the game app, my game becomes supper laggy to the point that i can no longer play with it. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but nothing changed. I thought that it was normal and will go back no normal after a week because the new update will be released on january 20, 2026 so i didn't play the game for a whole week. I already checked my device's storage and it was not full. Then today when i opened the app after I updated it, it's still the same. I can't play the game anymore because it was so corrupted and laggy to the point i cant click any buttons on the game anymore. I tried logging the game to another device. And it's still the same. I need urgent help with this. I can send you the video proof but the video is too large it wont even send even when i trimmed the video evidence.
