Lost Game
I have been playing sims free play 2-3 years and it seems my account was rewritten. I am linked to Ea and Apple and google a stream and my game after all progress and level 34 that just made 5 days ago is gone. Now al, yall gave me a sims credit of 700,000. I have spent over a $100 this month alone. I am on a new game and have to start over. I would like a refund of all my money or give me my level 34 back.I need help
So I didn’t mean to do the back to the wall quest. I was taking a look and accidentally started it. I originally wanted to do the nanny knows best quest but now I can’t. I tried to do the back to the wall quest to get rid of it but I can’t get anywhere. I am at 22% and have nearly finished the conversations part of the quest. Im starting to get really annoyed at this quest and wish it could be removed. But I checked and it cant unless I finish it. I don’t want to finish it as it makes me really un enjoy sims lots and makes logging in seem like a hobby. Any ideas?Revenue from buildings
EA, I would like an explanation regarding the apparent reduction in revenue generated by buildings. I cannot find any notification, announcement, patch note or other communication from EA advising players that the revenue from buildings was going to be reduced. Yet the amount being generated appears to have been reduced by approximately two-thirds virtually overnight. This is extremely concerning and frustrating for players who have invested real money, in-game currency, time and considerable effort into upgrading their buildings specifically to increase the revenue they generate. We have completed additional tasks and spent resources on these upgrades based on the expectation that the advertised benefits would remain meaningful. If this reduction is a glitch or unintended change, please acknowledge the problem and restore the correct revenue as soon as possible. However, if this is an intentional change to the game's economy, then EA needs to provide players with a clear statement explaining: When and why the building revenue was reduced. Why players were not informed beforehand. Whether this was an intended balancing change or something else. Why players were encouraged to spend resources and real money upgrading buildings if their revenue could subsequently be reduced so dramatically without warning. How EA intends to address the fact that item and house prices continue to increase while building revenue has apparently been reduced by around two-thirds. From a player's perspective, this currently feels less like normal game balancing and more like the goalposts have been moved after players have already invested heavily in upgrading their buildings. It also creates the impression that players are being pushed towards completing more Community Market tasks or spending additional real money simply to maintain the progress and earning potential they previously had. That is not a good experience for players who have invested significant time and money into the game. Please clarify whether this is a bug or an intentional change. If it is intentional, please issue a public statement explaining the reason for the change and the impact it is expected to have on players. If it is a bug, please fix it promptly. Players deserve transparency when changes are made that materially affect the value of resources, upgrades and purchases they have already made.Game becoming more expensive
This game was better when it was simpler but now with all these upgrades, it seems you're spending more money to finish requests and quests themselves. You're required to pay for even more stuff so it's making the game less and less enjoyable. You get very little life points and social points with the capsules and the price for simoleons is higher and higher on certain tasks and items. Seems like a money grab from app developers. Game will not download recent update data on both iPod Touch and latest iPad model. Both devices have most recent iOS update. Keep getting download error message. Only have access to WiFi. Everything else works just fine, including streaming video content, so it’s not the WiFi connection. Tried hard reset of both devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. Just keep getting same download error message after a certain amount of download progress. Been hitting the RETRY button for almost an hour how, like an idiot.Missing the old game…
There were lots of really interesting events and simchases few years ago now you’re literally making castles events… be for real… Somehow the graphics are getting worse and AI looking, I miss the real Sims FreePlay… Too many bugs and game crashes and again y’all making events with f castles and groceries and sht… I miss the chalet event the Moroccan chase and idk everything with furniture all my houses have literally the same furniture. The new one is so ugly and it’s really stupid if I miss a chase I can’t somehow get the furniture like how is this making any sense? I already reported this problem, but no one seems to care. ‼️Please make a way to buy old furniture with game money ‼️ so I don’t have to buy a house just for a couch that I missed like five years ago thanks
EA Support Is Lying / Cheating Me
I won items in SimChase 107 that support will not return to me. They keep saying they cannot verify I lost the items even though I have provided the following video multiple times https://share.icloud.com/photos/05eZ1wz0k-ehq87Ncbh0fY2MA regarding the 3 to 4 minute mark, where the items are clearly in my inventory and I clearly won the episode. I also have provided the following screenshot. They are refusing to connect me to the supervisor Vivek, who has lied to me multiple times and refuses to tell me what is missing from my evidence. They have also told me items of ‘goodwill’ have been added to my account and no items have been added to my account. I told them I would not even accept an offer of millions of Simoleons, LP, or SP—that I want the items I earned, yet they idiotically cannot read and tell me that they cannot offer me that much. Like, what??? I told them I would NOT take that and they act like I asked for it. I just want what I earned. How do I file an official complaint? I cannot trust any of them as they are all liars. Is there an official form? Is Vivek the only Freeplay supervisor or are there others to whom I can be connected. This has been going on for over a month. I will not be cheated or lied to.Missing Inventory Items!
Paid for these and now they are gone… so mad. You need to not have two pics of the same item. Looks like you have one if you have any in inventory, and one with what the cost will be. Need to make just one pic with two bubbles of this information… one if you have it in inventory, and one with the cost, all on ONE pic. Too convoluted this way. 🤦🏼♀️ So disappointed in this update…
