Deleted sims after update
My game updated a few minutes ago and 8 of my sims are gone. I've been playing this game for more than 10 years and would like my sims back this is very annoying. As I've paid real and game money to invest into these sims. Especially the 2 infant sims l'd recently added to my game. If I can't get by sims back my money should be returned as I invested alot into the 9 day pregnancy challenge116Views0likes7CommentsRefund and Delivered Items Issue in The Sims FreePlay

Every time i click on an item at the "Peninsula of Poseidon," it takes me to a window on another floor, specially, the "Poseidon's Elysian Window." It's starting to get to me. I've attached a link to the screen recording below. Please fix. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1e48hhQZUXczP5KD6CUGvDPk5I4d2dBxq/view?usp=drive_link46Views0likes3CommentsIs EA Forums a waste of our time?
Is it just me, or does it seem like all us sims freeplay players are ignored whenever we give honest feedback about the game. Seems to me, any and all complaints about this game are ignored, or at least the devs seem to not care to change any of the areas of the game that are repeatedly complained about. The forums is supposed to be a place where we can start discussions about our gameplay experiences and give feedback about the game so the devs can make the game better. They even send us feedback surveys every update and even those do nothing to inspire changes for the better to be made. Are we just wasting our time giving feedback? They need to make many adjustments in this game for years and for years they just keep ignoring us players and keep rolling out new content rather than making the changes everyone has been asking for. What's the point then right, why even bother coming here to discuss the game and changes that would better the game players experience? Give this discussion a thumbs up if you agree and don't forget to hit that like button too... Maybe the devs will finally listen to the long term gamers for a change and finally start making changes.47Views1like1Comment1st September 2025 - ‘Back to Reality!’ Update
Update Release: 10:30 PM UTC, Monday, September 1st. Sul Sul! Summer is officially over, and your Sims are (sadly) heading home from their big summer vacation. It's back to lectures, lunch boxes, and looming deadlines. There seems to be no escaping that Back to Reality energy. But in SimTown, deadlines can be delayed, naps are encouraged, and toddlers run the show. Reality’s never looked this fun. The Summer Vacation Series comes to a close... After a sun-soaked season of poolside persuasion and out-of-town adventures, the days have started getting shorter, and the to-do lists are starting to get longer. That means the final update of the Summer Vacation Series is here, and with it comes the unmistakable smell of fresh notebooks, lukewarm office coffee, and… tempestuous toddlers? Reality is knocking, and this time, there's no snooze button. A gift to get you started… We’ve got your Sims covered - literally. Whether they’re heading to class, clocking in, or keeping it casual, four brand-new blazers are arriving in your inbox during the first week of the update. Here’s what’s waiting back home in SimTown… SimChase: Office Buzz Peer-Review Week has arrived, and your Sims’ manager is ready to pounce on any signs of “low productivity.” The office is buzzing with coffee, panic, and petty distractions, and it's a race to get through that to-do list before someone gets called out. Can your Sims clean up their act in time? Or will the temptation to doomscroll get the best of them? Craft Challenge: Seems like School Spirit Orientation Week is fast approaching, and Duketon University’s library is still a total disaster. Creaky floors, cluttered shelves. There’s no way students can focus here. Your Sims have been called in to give the library a glow-up: redesign the space, calm the chaos, and bring some much-needed school spirit to campus before the semester starts! Influence Island: Dilly-Dally Daycare The toddlers have found the sugar stash. That’s it. That’s the problem. Now the daycare is bouncing off the walls… literally. It’s up to your Sims to restore the toddler order before someone glues themselves to the playmats! You’ll need charm, patience, and maybe a spare juice box. Just don’t dilly dally, the chaos won’t contain itself. And that’s not the only thing filling your Sims’ calendars… Influence Island: Highest Highrise Going back to the office isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. But now your Sims’ desks are on top of the building, as in, the rooftop. Is this corporate efficiency, or malicious compliance at its best? Either way, your Sims have to rally their colleagues, question everything, and prove that work-from-roof is not a sustainable work model. SimChase: Clutter Cleanout! Your Sims got home from holiday and… what is this mess? Clothes on the floor, furniture flipped, and a suspiciously sprightly cleaning vigilante named Spruce Springclean already halfway through the job. Nobody remembers hiring him, but he’s here, he’s fast, and he’s really into decluttering. Can your Sims catch up before their house becomes a minimalist museum? Time to clean like the wind! Craft Challenge: Café Grandé That old corner café just got a second chance, and your Sim has the vision (and the espresso machine) to turn it into a local hotspot. Brew up charm, comfort, and plenty of seating with stylish new café-inspired items. Beans are optional, but great design is a must! Influence Island: Layered Laundrette The laundrette’s under new management. Or at least it could be, if your Sims out-charm the competition. It’s a battle of fluff, flair, and folded towel animals, and only one vision for the perfect laundry will win. Time to put those soft skills (and soft towels) to work. Here is the calendar for this update: Stay tuned for more updates and surprises soon. Until then: set those alarms, grab your best blazer, and we’ll see you in class, in the breakroom, or at daycare drop-off. Dag Dag! Thanks to EA Creator Network and Firemonkeys for providing early access to this update.446Views4likes6Comments
