I have the same problem. Submitted a ticket 4 times too, only to be told to reset the game, submit a ‘bug tickets, post on this forum etc. I’m also stuck on the same level and cannot add anything to my town or progress either. I don’t know what we have to do to get this fixed? I have also submitted screenshots of the same thing you have. I am having the exact same issue as you are. I’m horribly frustrated as well. Can anyone fix this issue? I have over 3 million in XP’s just hanging out for the next level, in which I cannot get to as well. Everything else is completed, but I’m stuck on this level only because of this bug.
