@Aqua7Orca Go to the town map. If you have an empty house then click on it to open the menu. First choice on the menu is to add a new sim. It you don't have an empty house then you will need to click on an empty lot and build a house. I've added screen shots. another way to add a new sim is by adding a baby to a married couple's house. You will need to buy a crib for this.
