Keep losing Items in the game

I have lost numerous items and Sims in the past 5 days.

I started "Palm Prominade" I created 4 sims in the event , and today I only 2 ????????? And the event is almost done. 

Come on EA I'm losing $$$$$$$. 

I've lost a ton of items since the app crashing I lost houses , furniture , horses , the sim plant eaters the list goes on.

Please stop giving all these new events and fix the game for all of us Ipad users on os 26.4.2!!!!!!!!!

Yes I'm frustrated !!!!!!
