My Sims FreePlay app refuses to launch no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app. I’ve spent a few years playing and everything is about to go down the drain. Please assist me in recovering my game. <br />I managed to plat for a few days without triggering a crash (had to not access specific sims) but now the app just refuses to load
Have you tried to load it to a different device?
This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you
Contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online support
