Arid apartments. Elevator.

Question

Playing on kindle 8.&nbsp;I inventoried the second floor elevator. It won’t let me place it anywhere.&nbsp;Johnny Zest is stuck up there and it’s not even day two of the quest.&nbsp;I don’t have the community Center. It’s locked.&nbsp;Is there a way to fix this?&nbsp;

You need to place the elevator on the floor below and make sure nothing on the second floor is in the way

If the elevator goes between 2nd floor to 3rd floor, you need to place it on the 2nd floor
If the elevator goes between 1st floor and the basement, you need to place it in the basement
