EVen though I keep changing my baby's diaper and giving him a bath his toilet needs bar keeps deteriorating. How can I change this? Thank you
There is nothing you can do about this. The baby will go in its diaper and the toilet bar will turn green again. Then you will need to change the diaper because the hygien bar will be red.
Martha, I agree with you. I enjoy playing the game and no game is perfect so we have to deal with the issues or quit playing. The choice is available to each player. I choose to continue playing and not allowing things that I can not control get me upset. I really appreciate people on this group that can give us answers just like you did Martha. Babies with the yellow rings. The toilet icon never emptys & it stays stuck on half full. It's been that way for 5 weeks now.
I've tried everything & nothing works to empty it all the way so I can make it full again. I've even left the babies inactive for 2 weeks & everything else goes down but the toilet icon stays stuck on half full.
I hate seeing it like that. I hope they solve that issue for babies with the yellow ring from baby bonus pregnancy events

The first couple of posts in this thread from ‘16 have the answer.
To paraphrase, the player has no influence over the toilet bar.. It’s going to stay red until game coding “decides” the baby has messed its diaper. The bar will then show green. I’ve had it take 2+/- weeks for this to happen but I don’t know the actual length of time.
Ideally, the bar should act like the toilet gauge for all other ages- green until the diaper is dirty and the ‘change diaper’ option should not appear until dirty as well.

You can either use a changing station or have teen/adult pick the baby up, tap on a bathtub and choose “Bathe Infant”.
All my Senior Citizens are busy for the next 2 days so I can’t check if they will also bathe infants but you can try.
