I accidentally deleted my magic wand podium. There is no way to get another nor is there any other way to finish the quest.
Any one know if you can restart the quest or something to get another one ??

Did you check the hobby tab of your inventory to see if it is there. You could try downloading your saved game from the cloud, but that depends on when you last saved the game and might set you back too much.
