App crashes every time I log in after recent iOS update

Thanks for posting this. My wife is having exactly the same issue.

I’m having the same issue.  EA told me to save game and then uninstall and install game again but that didn’t work.

I tried this too.  It didn’t work for me either. 

I’m having the same issue they told me it has to be a lot of people that’s having this issue for them to fix it

Same here.  Sometimes it’ll crash right away.  Sometimes it will load but if I try to go into anywhere like the Community Market or where crafting might be in progress it crashes. Every time.  I can no longer do anything in the game even if it does open.

That’s what happening to me. iOS 26.4 update and Sims FreePlay update and won’t stay open keeps crashing closed . Can’t play game . No fun 🙃

Me too. I moved my game from an iPad Mini 4 to an iPad 8 and the game is constantly crashing. The game would sometimes open but I couldn’t change screens. I opened the game and managed to change the graphics setting from Enhanced to Classic and that helped but the game still has fits and crashes. I’m running iOS 26.4 and the iPad is 8th generation. The game is updated to the latest version. After I changed the graphics to Classic it allowed the game to open and be played. The crash usually happens when switching between locations. I noticed it does a weird thing when the Sims Freeplay Screen comes up (like when a new baby is born). The sides of that screen looks like it’s breathing in and out and it’s flickering too. Weird. I switched to this newer iPad for the updated ios. I hope I don’t have to switch back. If you need additional info, let me know. Thank you, 👍😊

Since my 9th generation updated to the new iOS 26.4 update. I can no longer play my game either it crashing before it even loads all the way or after I do get it loaded and I try to do anything at all it crashes. So now I can’t even play it and it’s been like 4 days since I have been able to do anything on it. Please will there be a fix so all the people who is having issues will be able to play again without all the issues. I have done everything I have looked up to try and fix this issue and none of them have worked. From clearing  cashe, uninstalling app and reinstalling, did a hard reset on my iPad. Everything that’s been suggested does not work . Please help fix this issue.
