I'm level nine, and I've already completed all the progression and weekly missions. However, to level up, I need to add a sim, but when I go to do this, they won't allow it because they say I don't have the capacity for it, even though the capacity is 9 and I have 8 sims.
The baby of your pregnant Sim counts for your Sim limit already. When it’s born, it will fulfill the task.
Have you checked all cribs in your towns to see if perhaps there is a baby already waiting to be created. Occasionally I had this issue when I forgot i had set a crib to start on making a baby, the crib finishes but if you do not go click the icon and make the baby and forget the crib is waiting, the game just tells me my cap is already full even if my list shows space for a sim.
