Rosebud Range - Missing Extra Zesty Prize due to Overwriting Save

I completed Rosebud Range and won the Extra Zesty Prize. However as Support Team uploaded my game when downloaded this over rode my prize and took it out of my game now they won’t restore it when it’s not my fault….The Sims FreePlay won’t intervene to resolve this issue…help me EA…I’ve been playing for over ten years…spent hundreds on this game not to mention the effort and time invested in the event…please fix this
