Mine is doing the same thing except I don't have the mall. My workstations that I need to unlock are just dark. The green locks are all disappeared, in all my professional work places. I've tried restarting my phone and logging out of the game. Neither have done anything. It's been just today that it's been happening.
It’s been going on for a couple of days now for me. I have tried so many things to make it work, but the buttons still disappears. Really hope ea will do something about it soon.
