App constantly crashing after iOS 26.4 update.

My app keeps crashing, since I did the new update, I’ve tried many ways to let them know but a white screen box that is constantly moving ever so slightly covers the in app conversations so that I can not see txt or replies. Very strange only other time I have ever seen anything like it was decades ago when my windows device got malware/ virus that was capturing all screen input with in box. How do I report the issues?
