When you are visiting her it is showing you her last saved game. To see the mirror have her visit you so the game will save to the cloud or just have her save her game. That will update her game to what she currently has in her neighborhood.
What if you dont have a Facebook and can't create one. Then how do u practice speech in a neighbors mirror because I have checked all of the houses and there is no mirror to be found. Can you help me?

What device are you using? If you are using an apple product and have not updated to ios10 then you can add neighbors to Game Center. If you are using an android product then you can add neighbors through Google, and if you are using a Windows device then you can add neighbors through Xbox.
