Cannot Complete 'Practice Speech in Neighbor's Mirror'

Hello Simers! I got the task of practicing a speech in a neighbors mirror on my sims freeplay the other day. However when I go to complete this task the mirror in my neighbor's town is no where to ...

You cannot use a mirror above a sink. I found a tall mirror in the second house of the left top corner of the neighbouring sims town, in the bathroom and that one works.
