Can't add a floor to my house!
I cannot add a second floor to my house. I am at level 30. Whenever I search for how to add floors, the results show up of old versions of the game where there are kind of 3 layers at the homestore but my homestore is different. I have version 5.27.2 of the game and there is no help from anywhere. Please help! ☹️

Have you completed the "Multi Story Renovation Quest"? Finishing this quest will unlock the option to create additional floors for your buildings. 🙂
You will know if the quest is completed because it also unlocks the stairs, so if you can buy stairs, then the quest is finished.
