Even though i add people nothing happens, still zero neighbors.
I have the same.
I'm on android and have a couple of FB friends playing the game but none showing up as neighbours. I've tried inviting them, but that gets me a message about connection issues more often than not. I've also tried logging out and in again and going to the FB page to see if I should add them there or something.
I have to say, I much preferred using the EA friends list like in TSTO.
