Can't create a ticket on kindle

I'm having a glitch with my inventory and I'm trying to create a ticket to have someone help me But I cannot find a way to create a ticket on my kindle. I have looked through the search topics and Nothing is really helping. I just see comments about creating a ticket but I can't. How do I create a ticket from my kindle?

The way how to contact Support has been changed a while ago.

In your game tap the three dots at the bottom right ->Info -> Online Support and then the square talk bubble on the upper right. It’s not a live chat, so it may take a while before getting a response.
