Bug with a mission
In the "Hunting Ghosts" mission, it asks you to buy the haunted painting, but it's in the home decorations section. However, when I open the decorations, the haunted painting or any other mission-related item doesn't appear (in any Sim’s houses). It seems to be a bug, but I don't know how to fix it, and without completing this mission I can't level up, as it's a progression mission. Has this happened to anyone else? Hello! The Cactus Cave house template is missing after completing all tasks on time. The template is no where to be found. After completing the event, I received the house, bulldozed to build the completed house and the template was not there. An online search shows me that this has been an issue for a while. I’ve searched all templates and made sure my game is updated and have restarted my iPad. Please help recover the template.the online store won't load

When I click the online store button, it starts loading and then crashes back to the game. Hello, I’m having an issue in The Sims FreePlay where my SimTown is stuck at 8/9 Sims. The game says “SimTown is full” even though there’s still one available slot. I have already: - Moved out Sims - Uploaded and downloaded my cloud save - Reinstalled the game - Tried syncing with EA account But the issue remains.
