Sim chase toast not credited, makes me fall behind and lose
For the past two or three sim chases, there have been occasions early on where the tasks for one or two sims, when they were completed; did not get counted or credited. I know that I had the correct amount of sims performing the tasks. I triple check. But on occasion, it doesn’t count them. It’s usually early on and then I have to start another 4 hour (3.8 hr) task and then I end up finishing after the other person and I’m behind the whole time, when I could have won. It stinks and is unfair that this keeps happening.Error
I haven't been having issues with the game until I created and logged into my EA account. They're saying 'Problem with Installation.' Something about an error for incomplete installation and I can't play the game. This happened on the 25th of December. My device is Android. Redmi 15c. I trying to complete this Discovery Quest, and I wanted life points and it’s not completing my task and upset that it’s taking my life points and not completing my task. It’s 15 hours to relax by pool and I had try to complete it 3 times, it didn’t complete it, and I wasted 45 life points.Reporting a bug
I’ve noticed for a couple weeks now that sometimes when Inplant crops, it takes my simolians but does not populate some crops. I’m on an iOS device. It just happened a few minutes ago here around 8 am central time. I don’t have a video but pictures. Sometimes it’s half my crops or more that don’t populate. I thought, if I went slower, that it wouldn’t happen, but it still did. I have to go out of that planting view also and back in before it lets me plant the crop and it populates. In one of the picture, you can see that I have the crop over the plot but it does not populate. I notice that it happens with the lettuce. I’m not sure if it happens with any other crops. It always happens at the bottom left of the track. I have added a link to a video showing the problem. After multiple times of having it restart, I have two days left on this quest and I don’t have the 80 LP it will take to auto-complete all five sims. EA, will you give me the pig since I can’t complete this?
NPC stuck in hospital profession
I am at a level 6 and level 7 nurse and doctor in the hospital profession. Both are maxed out and ready to upgrade. I just need one badge for helping an important sim. However the important sim has been stuck in the hospital for over 3 weeks and requires a triage which isn't until a later level. How do I get rid of this NPC so I can level up?Seems like school spirit reward glitch?
I completed the Seems Like School Spirit crafting event yesterday. I clicked claim on Duketon University and all my remaining supplies turned into simoleans like usual. Duketon University doesn't show up in my house templates, though. I received all the other rewards, but not this one. Anyone else have this happen?Payment issue
I've tried to pay in the Sims Freeplay to get lifestyle points but it declined many times and wrote a totally different amount of money in the Raiffaisen app (what i hope I did not have on my card). I've already contacted Raiffaisen, and they told me that I should contact EA. Can I delete those declined payments or do something to make it work?
