Can't do the Balcony quest

Have you done the multistory renovation quest yet?  That's a pre-requisite for the quest for balconies.

There have also been comments that there can sometimes be a couple of day wait after completing the 'multistory renovation' quest before Bree appears.  Not sure if this is by design, a bug or just 'random'.

So, complete multistory renovations.  Wait maybe 1 week.  (I know, you want to get balconies).  If that fails, lodge a bug with FireMonkeys.

Have you completed the Peaceful Patio quest yet? You have to complete that one as well before the balcony one.

Try rebooting your device and/or restarting the game app. You can also save your game to the cloud then delete and reinstall the app. You can also post this question on Facebook. Lastly you can contact support by going into the game menu and tapping on the question mark.
