Can't find Bree on Sims free play

I have completed both of the multistory renovations and peaceful patios quest and about a month or two later Bree wouldn't show up at the community center I would really like to do the balcony quest I am now level 26 and cannot get the balcony quest 😓😓

If 24 hours have passed since you completed the multistory renovation quest, she should appear at the park, not the community center

Same problem. On the DIY quest. She is not at the park.

has it been 24 hours since you completed the previous DIY quest? If so try restarting your game app.

No, but I found her. She was next to the puppy under the bubble! I just didn't see her! Thanks!
