Can't hug ice queen
I am having trouble finishing the winter wonderland quest. The ice queen is in a bad position and I can't hug and say goodbye to her..play help I want to get the gingerbread house...I just have 10 hours left

I just replied to someone with the same problem and the only options is to restart you device, or send you sim(s) home then back to the palace. Hope this helps if it doesn't contact EA and hope they will help your problem.
I did try what you suggested & I have got ahold of EA games support firemonkeys they gotten back to me had me upload my game to iCloud so they could finger out the problem but I'm not suppose to play. I do hope they fix the glitch soon I still need to start puppy quest and don't want the puppy to disappear. 🐱
