What furniture features don't currently exist, that you would like to see added?

I have a couple:

1) The option to keep sinks/baths filled or running. I think this could really expand functionality and design options in decorating a house. E.g., the Moroccan Sink. I bought this sink thinking it was an outdoor fountain -- and while it can go on an exterior wall, alas, there's no way to keep it running or filled to play the part. So much potential! There is also a round bathtub from a recent pack filled with flowers and lily pads...except, the bathtub is only full when a Sim takes a bath (unlike the advertised picture). Otherwise, it's just a big empty bowl. If we were able to keep such baths full though, they'd be at their prettiest all the time, and could go from bathhouse-ready to garden fountain, poolside spa, etc.

2) The ability to place paintings over mantels and headboards. Maybe this works some of the time? But seems it often doesn't. Would love to see more ability to layer here.
