Charged for life points in Sims free play and never received them

Made an in app purchase for a box of life points and I received an error, I then attempted the purchase again only to receive the same error.  When I checked my bank account I was charged twice for the life points however they are not on my game.  I need to know how I can either get a refund or I need to receive my life points as soon as possible.  I really hate that this is happening it is one of my favorite games and now I almosy dont want to play it anymore.
