Ugg , I finished the entire challenge before time was up , mine ticked everything off as well but the green line stopped half way through and made me start actions over id already accomplished.

I was finished before time was up had everything ticked off , but green line stopped halfway through and began making me start actions over id already finished, and ended up not getting my grand prize but received every single prize up to it . Hope you are helped an reimbursed as well for myself and others. I've spent $115 in the month of December alone just so I could win , I do this every Christmas challenge annhave never lost 1 until this mishap 😔
Absolutely devastated with the Christmas quest!
I played for so many hours used - so many LP points and also spent money to ensure that I would complete the quest, I was on the last task when it reset back to the start.
Christmas boost pack I brought was taken away too!I’ve reached out to EA support through the game, They refuse to assist me to resolve the matter, they just give me useless information - Saying they can see, “I started the Christmas quest, but it also ended” they have admitting they can see my purchase for the Christmas quest boost pack.. but refusing to refund that even though there was a glitch that took all the progress away!
EA support chat is useless, they don’t assist at all. It’s been nearly two weeks chasing this issue up daily and absolutely no resolution.
The chat specialists continue to end the chat without resolving and just refer me to the EA threads to report the issue alongside the “other impacted players”
I logged into the game a few days ago and a message popped up saying congratulations “ you have earned the following rewards” - which was NOTHING.
This sort of issue/glitch within a game with NO RESOLUTION OR COMPENSATION and the support chat option being absolutely useless honestly makes me want to delete the game entirely.- Absolutely devastated with the Christmas quest!

I was at the end of the goals, with my sims “writing a Christmas letter” and it restarted from the beginning.

Mine bugged out when I was about to reach the last stage of the quest... And i had used so many LP to progress... All lost... I really wanted the house.
