Claus for reunion bug

Same for me.  I’m sometimes guilty of not paying enough attention and I thought I had played every day, so was surprised it was finishing and I was still three days away.  I was even more surprised when it restarted and, like a lot of others, it had reset but only had three days left.  Although the achievements were ticked off, the progress bar has reset.  I reported it and they redirected me to this page! 

Same thing happened to me. I’m keeping a tally of all of the LP I’m using so that I can complete in time and hopefully I’ll get compensated. 

Has anyone got back to you on this? Same thing has happened to a number of other people. Makes me want to delete the game 🤬

Same for me, I was chopping firewood and it restarted me at the beginning when I was collecting the firewood… my boost also disappeared again! Definitely stinks I was excited to get the cute cobble stone exterior and the windows! I hope they can fix it

Same for me I was on the last task and then it just disappeared and when it reappeared it started all the way over😩… I contacted support they said that they didn’t see the glitch on their end 😔

Same thing happened to me. I bought the boost package a few days ago and I was already 90% through the completion of the quest when suddenly the quest disappeared for a day and when I contacted support they said they brought it back which it did come back but it restarted the quest even though I had claimed and completed all the rewards expect for well trimmed hedges and the cottage. Very disappointed and frustrating.
