Can you send the team that created The Sims Freeplay app an e-mail with your issue?

I can't seem to figure out why that is happening in your game.

1. What is the model of the device you have? Does it include a model number? 

2. What version iOS is currently installed on the device? 

3. What version of The Sims FreePlay is currently installed? 

4. Is your device rooted/jailbroken?
