Completed Mysterious Island on initial release, but not marked as complete

About 6 months ago, I got back into FreePlay after an 8 or so year break. When I last played the game, I had completed the Mysterious Island progression quest. When I returned to the game, I was able to restore my last uploaded save, it started me on the “Need for Steed” progression quest. Now, however, I am stuck at level 30, and the game says that I haven’t completed the Mysterious Island or Raiders of the Lost Artifact, and does not give me the option of starting it, despite having completed every other progression quest. I also cannot level up beyond level 30 as that requires me to have completed another progression quest, something I am not currently able to do. 

Is there anyway to fix this, or would I have to restart the game from scratch to progress further?

(As a side note, it also will not let me start the “Strange things in simtown” discovery quest, or build any of the mysterious island monuments besides the Riches of Terra and the Ancient Goddess.)
