Wellspring Library Invest Task Times Bugged
I’m on Day 8 of Wellspring Library. In the Task List, I have a task for “Invest in Wellspring Library” that is estimated to last 1.8 hours. However, when I go to complete the task, the options I get are: Incredible Investment: 3hrs 58mins Token Investment: 7hrs 55mins There is no option to complete the task that takes 1.8 hours, making it technically impossible to finish all tasks for the day within 24 hours. I have noticed this discrepancy for other “Invest in” tasks as well. I don’t want to buy SP to bypass all the “Invest in” tasks that have incorrect task times listed. So my sims won’t link to my face book I keep getting “Theres a problem logging in” message no matter what I do. I switched my iCloud’s, restarted my device, turned on and off and back on tracking , I’ve did everything in the book and it’s STILL not working. PLEASE give me suggestions. Iam using a iPhone.
Missing interaction at new seats
The new seats from Simchase Season 85 'Backyard Blitz' have an interaction “Wait for Friend”, but there’s no interaction for a second Sim to join in. (The White Brick Bench is an older one, but it has the same issue.) There are many other seats, that have an interaction “Sit Tight for Sim”, and a second Sim can join in to have a “Casual chat” or an “Absorbing chat”. My Sims are using those benches a lot and would be grateful if they could use the new seats for their chats, too 😊
No Saved Data in Cloud
Been having this problem since August of 2024 and still have no answers. The game was crashing and would not load and I made the dumb mistake of uninstalling the game and have not been able to access the game ever since. I have provided my player ID as they request and all customer service says is we are working on it and then close the ticket and wanting me to fill out a survey. I seriously just want my game back and it would be greatly appreciated to find someone who could point me in the right direction and help me.Bug on one of The Sims House
This game keep force closed everytime I click on one of this Sims house. It said that some bug is causing the force stop. Detail as shown ln attached video. Dear EA please solve this soon, since I've been contact / report it for almost 6 hours but no one from your company contact me and resolved it
My planter boxes are all discolored now
My beige planter boxes are all discolored now since the lighting & graphics update. Only the beige corners are still beige— the singles, doubles, triples, & quads all look like the dark gray planter boxes (see attached screenshots). At first, I thought I had goofed up while playing on night mode, so I deleted a BUNCH of them before I realized. 😭 Now I'm out a bunch of LP & items, AND I still can't make my houses look right. @EA Games; I would like an ETA for resolving this bug ASAP! Thank you!
