Bug in Sandy Suburbs
Sometimes when in Sandy Suburbs, I’m not able to leave. The toggle to go back to the main town/island doesn’t respond. Tapping on a Sim doesn’t respond either. The only way to fix it is by closing out the game. This doesn’t happen all the time but often enough for me to bring it to EAs attention.
Daily tasks reset at 10 p.m. UTC instead of 10 a.m. local time
For two days already the daily tasks don’t reset at 10 a.m. local time, but at 10 p.m. UTC. In my region it’s midnight then. First I thought there’s just kind of a hickup in my game, but this morning several friends of mine had this happen, too. While I was able to complete the tasks in time, it may be hard for other players. Hope this issue can be fixed soon :)Why are we being ignored?!
You’re posting on your fb page like nothing is happening….like there aren’t still tons of us who can’t access the game due to it crashing for weeks?! What in gods creation is being done about this besides nothing?! Why is this game getting worse with every update? All this technology yet we’re moving backwards. Unfortunately I’ve spent money on this game and it feels like THEFT. I have paid for a service you are not providing. This is not the first time EA has done this to me so yeah I’m not amused in the slightest if you couldn’t tell. When can we expect some answers?The game is not working; "Update error"
Hi I recently updated the game two days ago. I was about to complete the existing events, as I had finished the island event, "The Investigation Chapter". Also, I'm about to finish the wax event, all that's left is to get the "new house from the event" building, and I've spent a lot of jewels. But the game is no longer working. I can't log in; the system tells me there's an update error and to contact support. Please fix the problem while saving my progress. ThanksLots and Sims Disappeared
In the middle of the last hobby event, I logged into the lot where my Sims were woodworking and they had stopped progress and I could no longer access the basement of the lot where the woodworking stations were and the walls of the lot were gone. Also, the two ocean view lots next to this lot completely disappeared. When you access these lots now, they appear as the last lot that was visited. The sims that lived in these lots were deleted. I was not/am not above my Sim limit. I am wondering what I can do to restore my lots and sims.The car dealership
Im so confused I see the White Wagon Rover car available in the dealership but it has a lock symbol over it saying limited time and wont let me click on it at all. But I dont see it as a prize in any upcoming events, and Ive completely all current events rn nothing pending so Im not sure why its not available. Photo attached.
