How do I get a Chopping Board with 1 Star in my cooking hobby to be able to make different foods? Please help. Thanks🙂

The correct answer is you do not get access to the chopping boards until you complete the hobby. Just focus on the other dishes and make sure you use three star appliances. You could also send your sim to one of your friends neighborhoods who has a chopping board and work on the hobby there.
