Hi, I saved my game to the cloud yesterday. I tried to start it up again this morning; I finally got it running, but now I can only find a cloud save from 16 weeks ago. The one from yesterday is gone. What should I do?

Have a look, if you’re logged in with the same account like when you saved the game yesterday.
Was it the EA account, Facebook, or - depending on your device - Apple ID, Game Center, or Google Play.i’am logged in with my Apple account
You could try to download when you’re logged in with Game Center only. Or if you have used a FB account to log in, you could try that one.
