Craft challenge

Hello, I have been waiting for the craft challenge, but it is not shown for me as it says that the requirements are not met.

Does anybody knows what they are?

I have been playing this game for years, but I have just started a new save a few days ago and I am at the level 15. I think it should be shown already

    I started a new town in January and got Live Events at level 12. The requirements may have changed along with changing the name to Craft Challenge. Did you ask the Online Support already?
