Crafting station ard already placed but i cant find them

Hello I have downloaded the new update of the freeplay sims but when I want to do the event and I have to place a crafting station, they tell me that the stations are already placed, and they tell me to tap on who will take me to one of the stations in Simville, so I do it but nothing happens so I can not start the event. Do you have an answer to that? Can you help me please ? Thank you
