Crafting Station seems to be stuck.

I had the same issue. Try doing this:

-Call a sim to the house of the sim making the candles.

-Tap on the sim with the candle over their heads

-You should be able to collect the candles. (I know it's wierd)

It worked for me. I hope it works for you too. 

I'm playing the mid-century Mansion event on Sims FreePlay and creating craft items. Three of my Sims are listed as having finished creating items, but they are stuck. When I click on them and it takes me to them I can't get them to disengage with the task. I can't get them out of that mode and it keeps showing me that they're finished with that task. I keep getting messages that say they're finished with that task, but I can't get them to do anything else. They're just stuck. I have tried everything I can think of including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Is there something I can do?

Me too! I gave up and stopped playing a few days ago but I redownload to see if that would work and now I’m stuck again, it’s only with the crafting. Please help

Please try:

Call over another Sim from another lot

See if you can tap the stuck, waving Sims after that

It works for some but not all

It is worth a try

If it does not work for you, contact support and ask for compensation

Update 5.86.1 seems to hace fixed the issue

Please check the App Store, Google Play or Amazon for the 5.86.1 update

This is happening to me as well.  Several sims are basically frozen at the same time. 

Calling another sim over then tappin on frozen sim works every time for me
