A couple of days ago, I was in the process of adding a new baby. While it was adding, one of the Sims (who was the baby's mother) died. Now, the grim reaper will not leave this Sims house and the add baby icon is no longer visible. I have tried adding another baby to another household but it says a sim is already being added and I cannot add another until that is complete.

Something eventually must have worked, as it suddenly reappeared again!! Thank you for your help 😊

Hi @sputnik3000,

Let's try to find a solution for this. Is the father of the baby still alive? If so, you could try to marry him again, that might get the baby to pop up.

Regarding the "add baby" icon, that seems to be working as expected, as you don't have a married couple in the household.

Hiya thanks for your reply. After suggesting it, I have tried to remarry the father to another person but the "add baby" icon is not showing up in their household and I am still unable to add a baby in another house, nor can I add a new Adult Sim into a vacant lot
