Devs please give me back the starter pack

I recently started a new game and was offered two starter packs. I wanted to purchase both of them, but after buying the cheaper one (I think it was $3.99? Maybe $4.99?) the more expensive one ($14.99) disappeared from the store. There was nothing at all to indicate I could only purchase one starter pack. I tried submitting a ticket through the app using Firemonkeys but the response just told me to come here (or use FB or Twitter, but I don't have accounts there). I want the $14.99 pack added back to the store so I can purchase it. Please assist.
