I can't not download the extra content that helps in building other shops etc. The download stops after reaching 1%, I have tried making space on my iPad and tried downloading it from different intern...

Some suggestions:
make sure your IOS is updated.
reboot your device.
turn off auto updates.
close all your other apps.
reboot your wifi

I did all of the steps and tried on different WiFi also. My network speed ranges from 50kb/s to 120kb/s while downloading. I don't know what to do! It stays on 0% and only finnishes to download 1MB. Then I get this error message:

Download is stuck
If your download of the additional content is stuck at 0.0 kb/s please try the following steps to complete the download:Update to latest OS version
Turn wifi off/on
Force close and re-open the game
Turn off “auto-lock” options in device settings
Do not use any other apps throughout the download process
Ensure the game stays on during the download process- Approved
😕😔 tried it also! Doesn't work! I'm feeling sad cause this is one of my favorite games.
