download sims on tablet

i have a dell venue 8 pro tablet and it is not an android tablet. Really like the Sims game and I only have windows store. The store only has Sims guides. Is there a way to download the Sims free play on my tablet with windows store or any regular tablet that is not an android or iPad or kindle.
