eamopile/countrygate (5002)

Hey can someone help me I downloaded The Sims FreePlay from Google play on my Tablet Prestigio Multipad PMP5597D Duo but it doesn't work it says
A server error has occurred. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click customer support link. (5002)
can someone please help me with this error.
