Earning LP's and money

Why can't I earn life style and Lp's from the adds any more. Why is it so difficult to earn money, lp's and lifestyle points? I play for fun on occasion and never finish any request because unless you're a gamer with no life it's impossible. Unless you have money to waist on games instead of medical bills you can't get anywhere. Why?

    You can get lp by going to the boat occasionally....not often though

    And I agree, I wish they gave more time on the challenges, some come back around but not all of them.
