I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)

Big thanks to all you helpers out there. This forum is great for advice and also it shows when there is a problem and it's not just you or the device. I'm too scared to delete and reload even though it should be saved to the cloud up until last close. Will wait a bit longer as hopefully it will be fixed soon. Have put in a request thru FM and I'm sure they are working as hard as they can to resolve. Have missed my live event (only had 2 days to go) but am more interested in getting back to my game. I started playing Sims on my PC in 2002!!! I'm having Sims withdrawal.
