I am writing to make a complaint regarding the live event. I was experiencing some glitches at the time I was about to receive the Teen House and I request for the grand prize the Teen house as I have already claimed all the prizes above. Please assist me with this issue as the event is almost over. I need your help please. I would like to earn the grand prize regarding the family furnishings live event.

Family Furnishing grand prizes is the Family Home
Teen Mansion is unlocked once you have finished the Sim Sign - which you can start working on after the main quest Teen Idol
There is not (to my knowledge) a house/template called Teen House
I am not sure which you are referring to, I am guessing this is about the Family Home
What is the glitch? There can be literally thousands of ways the game/event glitches and I am a poor guesser
If you have claimed ALL other prizes (they have check marks, not just unlock symbol, in the prize bar above your event resources int he live event tab) you should be able to claim the Family Home
